I have known Laura since 8th grade and working together in Gary's Bakery. We have stayed in touch and until recently have gone out together alot. She never let on how sick she was. We had some really crazy, wild and fun escapades together years ago and I loved her dearly. I have been in total shock since her son called me yesterday. I will miss her dearly. she was an inspiration to all and loved life to the fullest and the most optimistic and uplifting friend I had. She was so creative and so many plans of things she would do when she retired. I will miss you Laura
